We aim to address youth unemployment, elevate confidence and improve well-being amongst young people.

Boss & Brew Academy was born in the Summer of 2021 and has since engaged with nearly 100 young people across the Southern Arc of Cardiff, providing barista training courses along with employability support.

Boss & Brew is also involved in The Training Ground Project (@ttg.coffee) along with @gpyouthforum who have set up the first youth-led cafe with a dedicated coffee committee panel of local young people who take the lead in running the business.
